YOUR PURPOSE.

March 30, 2026.

As we often times refer to the long and winding road in our lives, there comes a point where you may look back and realize it truly wasn’t very long, then you peer forward with hope of not yet seeing the stop sign. However, each of us will one day exit this earthly realm. That moment usually signifies our purpose has been fulfilled.

Every living thing on this earth has a purpose. Although we may not see it, there is a reason for its existence. Nothing under the sun is random.

• You were created for a purpose (Psalm 138:8).
• You are God’s workmanship (Psalm 139:13,14).
• You were known by God before you were born (Jeremiah 1:5).
• You were fashioned and created for His good pleasure (Phillipians 2:13).
• You were sent here with everything you need (2 Peter 1:3).

There is not one person whose eyes you will look into that Yeshua does not love. That includes yourself. Make it a point to look into the eyes of the people you come in contact with. Try not to just glance at them, but look into their eyes. They were fashioned and created by the God of the universe, Yahwey! They were born with a divine purpose even if they have not yet sought after it; tell them their past does not disqualify Father God’s divine purpose for their life. Let them know only Father God can reveal that purpose to them through seeking Him.

Life on earth is a beautiful gift to be experienced and enjoyed. A heart full of gratitude brings out the joy in every situation. Acknowledge the little things that make you smile; they will increase. As the old hymn* says, “Count your blessings, name them one by one; Count your blessings, see what God hath done.”

Although we may all have different lifestyles, backgrounds and opportunities, remember that each are steered by the choices and decisions we make. Is your life half empty or half full? Laughing through a bad day certainly makes it easier! Make each day count.

I encourage you to take a moment now to hit the pause button on what you’re invovled in, take a seat, take a slow, deep breath and as you exhale say thank you. Now do it again and see if a smile comes across your face. Beautiful!

As always, it’s a pleasure to spend a few moments with you in an email. May our Lord bless you throughout this upcoming week and always!

STILL WATERS.

March 23, 2026.

While quietly sitting before the Lord today, I had asked Him what He wanted to say for the Blog Post. He gently asked, “May I take you beside the still waters?” I joyfully replied, “Yes, please, that sounds like a wonderful break!”
As I tuned in to the familiar sounds of springtime – the birds happily chirping, the wind chimes singing their love song to the gentle breeze and the distant hum of a lawnmower, I began thinking about King David. He so eloquently penned his heart for the Lord in Psalm 23. He portrayed the Lord as such a caring and protective Father.

In verse two though, David makes what I thought to be an odd statement when he said, “He makes me lie down in green pastures.” I first thought to myself how many times as a child I would lie down in the grass and gaze up into the clouds. Fun times! Yet there is a footnote in my bible that says, “Sheep are fearful, defenseless animals. They will not lie down unless they feel entirely secure.”

So I then saw it as David being so secure in His relationship with Yahwey that he felt safe enough in the Lord’s leading to take a nap in the grass while tending sheep. The Lord became the Shepard! David realized even the valley of the shadow of death brought no fear to his heart. He was completely secure in Yahwey’s ability to protect himself and his sheep.

As I pondered the Psalm something else crossed my mind – Fearful sheep prefer to not drink from moving water as it poses a bigger risk of drowning. If they were to fall into the water their extremely thick fur could weigh them down. These are just my thoughts, not an interpretation of the bible, lol.

But what if we look at it as life? In a hurried, rushing day we can easily fall into the cares of this world and possibly drown under the weight of life as it rushes by. That is why it is vital for us to sit and be still with our heart and mind tuned into the Lord. He will rescue us from what weighs upon our heart.
The Lord is our Shepard
We shall not want
He brings peace
He brings rest
He restores our soul
He alone brings salvation
Not even death can scare us
He protects us
He feeds us
He anoints us
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow us all the days of our lives, and we will dwell in the house of the Lord forever! Amen!

The Lord is calling out, “May I lead you beside still waters?” He has extended the invitation to each of us!
